If using a stock photo is there still a requirement to say that we do?

Please look at the links given for a better idea of what it is we are looking for. I do like the design but its not what we are looking for.

If there's going to be any kind of difficulty in using the logo, then yes, the client needs to know about it.

In this case though, I'm pretty doubtful. There's a similarity, but it tapers differently, there's no shading, and the "veins" aren't equal in spacing and size.

I must say that you are really not far away. Could you arch the writing in #6 to read Gromaximusbuds. We would like this all together and not split or capitalised like Gro Maximus Buds. It is all one word. Could the writing be in gold with underneath the image a (Large enough dot) . i e

Could the dot be green, the i be white and the e be gold to represent the Irish flag. If it can be done of course. We would want the .ie alinged straight under the image but on top the writing arched as i said.

The colour of the leaf in the backround could be either outlined in a bright green and the veins showing on the inside too.

Could the G in the helmet stand out moreso than the gold on it in some way?

The hair on the helmet would preferably be Grassy looking and a very light green - slightly shaded too.

You could try one with Premier Online Hydroponics down the base of the logo somewhere and one done without this writing.

I think thats it and unless you or indeed anyone would like to add to this by all means do.

Again great work and looking forward to the next set because i feel we could get it the next time round.

Hi again - i must say it looks very well but we need to tone down the colour of the helmet hair to a slightly darker shade of green. The leaf trim could be outlined in gold and the writing on top needs to be brighter. The leaf colour itself could be toned down a little i guess too. I love the .ie at the bottom though it looks great. I wonder could the writing be tried in the same colour as the G to see what it looks like while the overall greens around could be toned down. Anyway we are getting very close now and great work......

I have created a few more revisions with a 3d feel to them.

Thanks all for your designs - they all look great. But we are now very keen on design number 14 from "the webb". We think it captures what it is we are about. We are looking for something then very close to this but with a few more changes.

1. The writing above the helmet to be all in capitals - GROMAXIMUSBUDS. We would like the writing to be a shaded type of gold but to stand out if possible.
2. The . to be white, the I to be green and the E to be in gold like the Irish flag.

So after these changes i think we will be ready to select the winner. Please be reminded that it is a competition and that we are really impressed with every entry. Please be informed that we will be back to design a new logo for a lighter very soon from scratch so we will be offering a lot more for this one

Here is a version of the logo that I was working on today. I have incorporated the changes as requested. That you for the kind words about my work as well as everyone else’s entrees in this contest.

Just two last things "the webb" - Firstly the DOT to be Green - then the I to be white and then the E to remain Gold.

Secondly, could you try two samples with that first change but have the backround both as it is and then black.

Yes i am very happy with both of these designs both in the black backround and in the light green. I will get back to you on monday as my business partner is away but i think, in fact im sure, this will be the one we will be selcting.

As stated great work by all but the choice in the end was very hard. Thank you all for your efforts.

Just one last thing - do we have to wait till the contest finishes before we select a winner or can it be done before hand. Also could we have both the black backround design and the other light green backround design.
