We have updated to contest participant (aka designer) guidelines to include the requirement that any use of stock photos and/or clip art in a design MUST be declared.

We have noticed an increase in clipart being used in logo designs and this could pose potential problems for contest holders if they want to use a logo as a trademark or to take a logo through the registered trademark process due to the clip art being considered to be "prior art".

The use of clipart in designs should not be used, but if it is it MUST BE declared.
